    Neighbors have BLACK MOLD in their closet. Maintenance sprayed it with bleach then said it was fine. They painted over it the next day. THERE IS STILL MOLD BEHIND THE WALL. Carpet is now black as well with mold.

    Maintenance is terrible. I have 3 pages full of broken things in my apartment which have multiple visits from maintenance because they didn't do the job right the first time.

    Loud kids everywhere. Single persons, do not move here.
    I witnessed a child pooping on the sidewalk in front of me in broad daylight while walking around the neighborhood.
    I promise you, I can't make this up!
    Disgusting place to live.

    Pool is dirty and full of yelling kids. They do not have adult swim. Other pool was shut down this summer, so everyone in the whole apartment complex was driven to this single pool. Over crowded.

    No reimbursement for other pool not being open nor the lack of operational work out equipment in "work out" facility. Work out facility is a joke.

    Litter everywhere. I have documented plenty of trash around the property that has not been picked up for weeks.

    Problems with the AC & Heat this year. Both requiring maintenance which took forever because they did not do the job right the first time.
    DO NOT MOVE HERE.
    No respect for peoples well being.
    Walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING around you.
