  I love Monica’s yoga sessions. She tailors the session to include breathing techniques, intense and mild stretches followed by mindfulness meditation. After class we sit together and Monica explains the significance of asanas, gives us tips on healthy cooking with sampling of something she churned up before we come in. It’s more than a workout yoga session to us ..it is where we come for holistic relaxation and go back rejuvenated mind, body and soul I think so thank you Polkayoga and Monica our lovely caring teacher! :)
