    I have lived in these apartments for about 2 years. No issues with office or maintenance staff. BUT, with new hardwood floors, electric/gas bill will hurt you bad. My bill is running close to $300 in a 1-bedroom apartment. Insulation is TERRIBLE. Hardwood floors are of lowest quality. Other than that, apartments are located in nice locality but with minimum amenities.
