  1. Horrible. Told us we were good to move out on the day we wanted. 2 days later charged us $1,000.00 for insufficient notice. They didn't mention the required notice, then instead of oweing up to their mistake, lied and said they mentioned it. I would remember a charge of $1,000.00. They are great when you want to move in, then you are trash to them once your a resident.
  
  2. False advertising. Wood Floors are fake, laminate. Granite counter tops, fake laminate. Rats and bed bugs are rampant. $30 a month for door-front trash removal, they pick up 2x a week. You are in a building with 12 apartments trash bags outside their doors. Foul odors and attracts animals. Lied about central air. Nasty old air and heating unit. Maintenance takes weeks to help, so swamped because everyone's place is falling apart. Hole in ceiling, crack in tub. Good luck.
